Client Brief:

1. Retain Upper Bank: Construct a retaining wall to secure the steep bank above the parking area.
2. Access & Levels for Deck: Adjust levels and improve access to the deck area following recent building extensions.
3. Upper-Level Parking: Create a flat area at the top for parking trailers and other equipment out of the way.
4. Carpark Retention: Retain the carpark on the lower side, considering the large concrete water tank.
5. Firewood Storage: Design an alcove specifically for firewood storage.
